It gives me immense pleasure to connect with you through this message on behalf of the entire family of Vaish Senior Secondary School, Charkhi Dadri, an institution proudly serving society since 1935. Over the decades, the school has grown from a modest beginning into the oldest and presently the largest educational institution of the city, carrying forward a proud legacy built on the values of Discipline, Dedication and Devotion.
Our institution was established with a noble vision: to provide quality education to every section of society. Even today, this vision continues to guide our journey. In a country as diverse as India, we observe that different educational ecosystems exist side by side. On one hand, there are premium institutions with abundant resources for the affluent sections, while on the other hand, a large section of society strives to access quality education within limited means. This reality places a great responsibility on traditional institutions like ours to ensure that good education remains accessible to both the common citizen and the aspiring youth of the nation.
Another challenge in the present educational landscape is the relatively limited budgetary allocation towards education in India when compared to developed nations such as the United States, Japan, and China. Despite these constraints, Indian students continue to demonstrate extraordinary potential and resilience. It is therefore essential that schools adopt innovative methods and maintain high academic standards so that students remain globally competitive.
In recent years, we have also witnessed the growing impact of excessive digital screen exposure on children. While technology is an important tool for learning, uncontrolled use often leads to reduced concentration, declining reading habits, and a gradual erosion of academic discipline. At the same time, society is facing the challenge of declining educational standards in many places and rising unemployment among youth, making it even more important for schools to focus not only on information but also on conceptual clarity, critical thinking, and character building.
At Vaish Senior Secondary School, we remain firmly committed to providing a balanced, transparent, and responsive educational environment. Our aim is to nurture students academically, morally, and socially so that they are prepared to meet the challenges of the future with confidence and integrity.
